In our community, we deeply appreciate the developers who invest their time and creativity into crafting high-quality mods and tools for others to enjoy. To honor these outstanding contributions, we've introduced a special user group that highlights those who consistently go above and beyond in their development efforts.

What is a Honored Developer?

A Honored Distinguished Developer is a rare and prestigious title granted to community members who have made significant contributions to our platform. Distinguished Developers are recognized for their consistent, high-quality uploads and their positive engagement with the community. As a Honored Distinguished Developer, you gain access to:

• Direct communication with the ModMaze Management/Community Team.
• All VIP perks.
• The ability to hide, lock, and apply other actions to your content.
• View who has downloaded your content.
• Your content will be shown to more users.
• Ability to upload mods in bulk.
• Increased chances for your content to be featured on ModMaze and promoted on our social media pages.
• Ability to block users from downloading your content.
• And much more!

 

 

To qualify for the Honored Developer group, you must meet & maintain the following criteria:

  Hide contents

🎨 Texture & Model Developer

Applies to: Vehicles, Liveries, 3D/2D Assets, EUPs, YMaps/MLOs, and similar content.

Requirements:

• ✅ Upload at least 15 model- or texture-related files that are useful and relevant to the community.

• ✅ Earn a reputation score of 15+, based on likes, feedback, and forum engagement.

• ✅ Have no active warning points within the last 90 days.

• ✅ Upload at least one new file every 60 days to maintain this status.

⚠️ If you're unable to meet the activity requirement due to personal circumstances, please reach out via our Support Center. We're happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

💻 Script Developer

Applies to: Scripts, Plugins, Frameworks, Code-based Utilities.

Requirements:

• ✅ Upload at least 7 script-related files that serve the community.

• ✅ Earn a reputation score of 15+, based on community interaction and feedback.

• ✅ Have no active warning points within the last 90 days.

• ✅ Upload at least one new file every 90 days to maintain the role.

⚠️ Exceptions to these upload intervals can be discussed via the Support Center.

🔁 File Updates & Maintenance Extensions

If you release a significant, documented update to an existing file before your upload deadline, your activity requirement will be extended by 30 days.

🌐 Multi-Category Contributors

If you're contributing across both categories:

• Your maintenance window will follow the longer interval (e.g., 90 days if split evenly between script and texture files).

• Your primary category will be determined based on where the majority of your contributions lie.

🎯 Requesting a Role

Once you meet the criteria, simply contact us via the Support Center to request a role change.

While these guidelines help us recognize top contributors fairly, ModMaze Management reserves the right to grant these roles to individuals who may not meet all listed criteria but demonstrate exceptional value, consistency, or potential within the community.
